Coronavirus Update

Please Read Regarding COVID-19

Here at Wild Roots, we strongly believe that we have a responsibility to the public, especially our clientele and our community, and their health and wellbeing. We have put some strict guidelines into place to make sure that the people we value so much feel safe coming to the salon. Please take a moment to read what we're asking from our staff and clients at the salon!

We are asking ANYONE who comes into the salon to sanitize their hand upon entering. This includes staff, visitors, and clients.

On top of wiping down armrests, chairs, stations, front desk surfaces, door handles, and shampoo bowls after every single client, we are also fully sanitizing our bathroom every hour.

We ask that sick employees AND sick clients stay home. Anyone who enters the building with the following symptoms will be kindly asked to reschedule their appointment. (or stay home in the event that the stylist is sick).

Sore Throat

Sneezing/excessively runny nose

Body aches/chills

Recent Travel:

Please notify us of ANY recent travel before coming to your appointment. We also ask that if you test positive for the Influenza A, Influenza B, or COVID-19 within a week after you were at the salon that you notify us ASAP. This information will remain 100% confidential.

In the event that we have to close the salon for 14 days, or any amount of time, we will send out a blast via email and text to notify you. Any appointments scheduled on the books during that time period will be contacted upon returning to the salon for re-opening. We strongly encourage you to follow us on Instagram or Facebook for consistent updates throughout this time. It is the fastest way to get information, and we can quickly answer questions you may in the event that we do have to close! We will also be able to notify clients of the dates of possible exposure there.

Please reach out with any questions or concerns. While we understand that this may seem overly cautious, we find it crucial in our commitment to social responsibility.
