In the event that you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, we request 24 hour notice to allow for accommodation of other clients’ needs. Appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. After three same day cancellations or no shows, we will only be able to accommodate you on a walk in basis, or with a non-refundable 50% deposit.
We understand emergencies arise and will work with you the best we can.
All no call, no show appointments will be charged 100% of the missed service.
All credit cards are kept safely on file, and if a card is not able to be processed for a missed appointment for any reason, the balance must be paid before the client is allowed to schedule their next service in the salon or spa.
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled service time. Arrivals 10 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time will not be guaranteed to receive all of their scheduled service, or will be asked to reschedule.
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our services. No refunds will be issued. If you are unsatisfied with your service, you’re able to schedule for a redo service within 10 days. All redo requests will be reviewed by management prior to the redo appointment being booked.
